INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST

5. Prepare bilingual content and get approval

The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.

Bind the review to the exact draft, media, metadata, and destination.

Step by step

  1. In Creator Studio add your idea and source notes, then prepare separate English and Spanish editions. Reference links are stored; they are not automatically fetched or transcribed. Save each package explicitly.
  2. Use Send to Content when ready for production. This creates an unpublished draft, not a media attachment, approval, schedule, or upload.
  3. Upload authorized media in Assets. Wait for ready/scanned status, then attach the exact edition’s video to its matching Content draft. Check rights, language, captions, thumbnail, disclosure, and platform requirements.
  4. Have the authorized reviewer inspect the exact draft, media version, title, description, language, and intended channel, and complete the required approval actions. Workflow approval does not automatically approve unrelated media.
  5. If text, metadata, files, or destination changes, review the changed version again. Do not reuse approval for a different language edition or different file.

What success looks like

Both editions have matching assets, reviewed metadata, and the required saved approvals. There is still no published delivery until a private upload succeeds and its destination is verified.

Important limits

Creator Studio planning dates are not release schedules. AI controls must report enabled and connected before use; help instructions do not activate models, generate media, or grant usage rights.
