INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST

1. Accept your invitation and sign in

The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.

Use the right Google identity and enter the intended workspace.

Step by step

  1. Ask the workspace owner for an invitation addressed to your Google sign-in email. A non-Gmail address works only if it is an actual Google account. Request Access on the public website is a request, not a login or invitation.
  2. Open the owner-provided invitation on a trusted device. Enter your name and select Accept invitation. Links are single-use and expire after seven days. Never forward the link.
  3. Select Continue with Google. Choose exactly the invited email. Complete Google password, passkey, or verification yourself; never send credentials to support.
  4. After Google returns you to Workavox, check the workspace name and your role. Use the workspace selector or Private client workspaces to switch only to a workspace where you are a member.
  5. Start with the onboarding checklist. If you cannot enter, follow Troubleshooting rather than repeatedly accepting the same link.

What success looks like

The correct workspace loads after verified Google sign-in. Accepting a link or reaching a Google prompt alone does not prove you are signed in.

Important limits

There is no public self-signup. Only the configured operator owner can provision a separate client. A new client owner is not promoted in another workspace.

Need more help?

Contact the workspace owner through your invitation or established support channel. Provide the page, approximate time, non-secret run/publication ID, and error text. Never share passwords, invitation links, OAuth tokens, signed media URLs, or private client content.
