INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST
8. Troubleshooting and safe support
The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.
Resolve common setup problems without weakening security.
Step by step
- Invitation expired or already used: do not reuse or forward it. If accepted, sign in with the matching Google email. Otherwise ask the owner to review or replace the invitation; do not create a second identity to bypass it.
- Wrong account or workspace: sign out, select the invited Google email, and confirm the workspace name and role. A 403 for another client is expected isolation, not a defect to bypass.
- Channel missing: check that you are in the correct workspace and that its owner completed and saved official consent for the intended channel. Sandbox connections cannot upload to a real account.
- File not ready or upload held: inspect scanning/ready status, matching approved draft, exact media version, and uploader error. Do not disable malware scanning or approval checks. For daily limits, wait for the UTC reset or ask the owner to review bounded settings.
- Provider unavailable, unexpected consent, or browser certificate warning: stop and contact the owner. Supported review lanes are not a promise of universal public posting. Do not bypass security warnings or approve unexplained permissions.
- Receipt mismatch or incomplete processing: leave delivery unverified, inspect the native channel/video, and resolve the mismatch. Report a non-secret publication/run ID, approximate time, and exact error through the established support channel.
What success looks like
You have either confirmed the intended saved state or identified a specific issue for the authorized owner. Missing evidence remains visibly incomplete.
Important limits
There is no guaranteed support response time or verified public support inbox announced here. Use your established owner-provided contact. Help pages cannot alter your account, reset credentials, or authorize a release.
Need more help?
Contact the workspace owner through your invitation or established support channel. Provide the page, approximate time, non-secret run/publication ID, and error text. Never share passwords, invitation links, OAuth tokens, signed media URLs, or private client content.
