INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST

6. Upload privately and verify the receipt

The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.

Confirm the real destination, not just a database row.

Step by step

  1. In the correct workspace open Connections and the private YouTube uploader. Select the approved draft, its attached ready video, and the exact connected official channel.
  2. Review localized title, description, tags, category, language, kids setting, and synthetic-media disclosure. Confirm that this exact approved asset should be uploaded privately for review.
  3. Submit once. Inspect the publication ID and status in Publishing. Queued or publishing means work remains. Do not submit another copy just because processing takes time.
  4. After upload completion, inspect the native YouTube video: correct channel and video ID, private visibility, correct title/language, and completed processing. Play the video and check captions, thumbnail, and disclosure separately.
  5. For a managed client, open Private client workspaces and use Verify native private receipt on the completed YouTube record. A mismatch or incomplete processing is held; a successful check saves a client verification and audit. Verify English and Spanish separately.

What success looks like

Each edition has a saved private upload receipt and independently verified native destination. The client verifier checks identity, channel, title, language, private visibility, and completed processing; visual quality still needs human review.

Important limits

No public release is authorized. The default client budget is three new uploads per UTC day, at least 60 seconds apart, and one concurrent YouTube upload. The owner can adjust bounded private limits; public release remains disabled.

Need more help?

Contact the workspace owner through your invitation or established support channel. Provide the page, approximate time, non-secret run/publication ID, and error text. Never share passwords, invitation links, OAuth tokens, signed media URLs, or private client content.
