INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST
3. Connect your own channel
The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.
Authorize each client’s accounts through the official provider.
Step by step
- Sign in to the intended client workspace as its owner/admin. Open Connections. An editor should ask the owner to perform this step.
- For YouTube select Connect YouTube channel. In Google choose the account and the exact channel or brand account intended for this client. Do not assume the email identifies the channel.
- Read the requested permissions and consent only if authorized to manage that channel. Complete any password or verification yourself. Stop if the app, account, callback, or permissions are unexpected; ask the owner. Do not bypass browser certificate warnings.
- Return to Workavox. Confirm the saved official OAuth account shows the intended channel and connected status in this workspace. A Google consent page or sandbox account alone is not a saved official connection.
- If a connection expires, the owner reconnects through the same official flow and checks the account again. Do not paste API keys or copy another workspace’s tokens.
What success looks like
A saved official connection appears inside the correct client workspace, with the intended provider account. The next acceptance step is a real private upload and native receipt.
Important limits
Connection is not production approval. YouTube’s private-upload lane, TikTok inbox/drafts, and Meta unpublished review are distinct. Pinterest delivery is not accepted; LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky public publishing are not accepted/enabled. Never assume Workavox can post everywhere.
Need more help?
Contact the workspace owner through your invitation or established support channel. Provide the page, approximate time, non-secret run/publication ID, and error text. Never share passwords, invitation links, OAuth tokens, signed media URLs, or private client content.
