INVITATION-ONLY · PRIVATE-FIRST

2. Choose a workspace and understand roles

The help pages are public. The app remains invitation-only. Public release and automatic client publishing are not enabled by these guides.

Keep client data, permissions, connections, and receipts separate.

Step by step

  1. Check the workspace name before editing, authorizing a channel, or uploading. The same email can have different roles in different workspaces.
  2. Open Private client workspaces to see your memberships and use Switch to this workspace. The original app also has a workspace selector when multiple memberships exist.
  3. Owner/admin handles authorized connections and private publishing controls. Editors prepare work but cannot administer connections. Approval actions must follow the saved workflow’s allowed reviewer role.
  4. A configured operator owner creates a private client workspace and its owner invitation. The owner recipient must accept and sign in with the matching verified Google identity. No invitation email is sent automatically.
  5. Treat an empty client workspace as intentional. Its accounts, files, drafts, and receipts are not inherited from another client.

What success looks like

The selected workspace and role match your task. You see only your authorized workspaces and that workspace’s records.

Important limits

A workspace is not a global permission grant. Do not copy credentials or private assets between clients. Do not share a login to give a coworker access.

Need more help?

Contact the workspace owner through your invitation or established support channel. Provide the page, approximate time, non-secret run/publication ID, and error text. Never share passwords, invitation links, OAuth tokens, signed media URLs, or private client content.
